Why You Should Join
This challenge is more than just a “fitness challenge”; it’s a commitment to becoming the man your family looks up to and relies on. Physical health, or “physical wealth,” is the foundation of a fulfilling life. When you take care of your body, you’re better equipped to excel in all other areas of life.
Imagine being the dad your kids admire and model after, the husband your wife brags to her friends about, and the friend everyone turns to for inspiration. Our challenge offers a supportive environment where you can push your limits, track your progress, and celebrate your achievements. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to regain lost fitness, this challenge will set you on the right path.
And … to be clear … you do NOT need weights or a gym to complete the MAX REP testing or the daily workouts. And there will be “scaled” workouts to accommodate your current fitness level. Don’t worry … we’ve taken out ALL of the potential excuses you might have. 😜 You just need to commit, show up and have fun!

We encourage all participants to attend these calls as we’ll be explaining the “rules”, answering questions and celebrating achievements! (the calls are not “mandatory” to attend … so don’t let that impact your decision to join 🙂
What exactly are we doing on this challenge?
We will be testing our FOUNDATIONAL fitness level using an adaptation of the “Barbara” workout in Crossfit (minus the pullups). There will be pushups, situps and squats in the workout. On the first day, everyone will test their “Max Reps” in each category … then we will workout for the duration of the challenge (more info on the specific daily workouts when you signup) … then we will test our “Max Reps” again on the final day to measure improvements!
What if I struggle to do one (or all) of the exercises?
No worries … we fully understand that everyone is starting at a different “fitness level”. We will provide 3 variations of the workout to fit your current reality. But remember, that’s why this challenge exists … everyone (and we mean EVERYONE) should be able to do pushups, situps and squats. And also remember … although this is a friendly “challenge” with others … the only person you are competing with is yourself! (Be BETTER every day!)
How much time do I need to commit to this?
Well … firstly … how bad to you desire change in your life? (ya … that is meant to get you thinking about why you are questioning the time commitment required for the challenge. Because the TRUE answer is … whatever it takes! :).
But, to be honest, expect to commit (at least) 20 minutes per day to the workout. And the calls will be 60 minutes. Trust me … we all have busy lives … you have time 😉
Do I need special equipment or a gym to do this?
Nope … no equipment required. Everything in the “Max Reps” testing and daily workouts is all body weight exercise. You can do this anywhere.

When Trevor & Mike met each other on the street in West Kelowna, BC, Canada pushing double wide strollers with 2 young boys each … they didn’t know it … but they were looking for each other. Another man that they could connect with and have conversations that went deeper than what was happening in the sports world over beers. They were seeking higher vibe conversations. Real conversations that would help them expand their beliefs and accelerate their growth beyond what they could accomplish on their own.
As fathers to 2 young boys, Mike & Trevor know that they are modeling what it means to “be a man” in today’s world. And, they are committed to constantly evolving their mind, body and spirit to create a more beautiful world that they want to live in and leave for their kids. And, they know they can’t do it alone.
This is why they started The Extremely Conscious Man Movement. Because, “secretly” every man is seeking this level of connection and conversation … they are just nervous to say it out loud and don’t know where to find it! (until now)

I was really missing connection with other men. I grew up playing sports and have always thrown myself into different immersions. I love the energy of hanging out with other like-minded guys where I can learn something new about myself and grow as a man. To all those guys out there that have second guessed coming into a space like this, I say do like me and say “hell yes” … it’s an amazing opportunity and everyone fits.

Our purpose is expansion and it matters to me to let go of those old versions of myself. If we don’t consciously look at that old version and choose a different version of who we are becoming, we’ll repeat similar patterns, thought processes and outcomes in our lives.
