Our purpose is expansion and it matters to me to let go of those old versions of myself. If we don’t consciously look at that old version and choose a different version of who we are becoming, we’ll repeat similar patterns, thought processes and outcomes in our lives. Anybody who’s feeling stuck and ready to level themselves up and let go of an old version would really benefit from an experience like this.
I play a lot of sports, but the inner work is actually harder than lifting heavy things. This work has taught me the importance of physical, mental and spiritual balance. We are always expanding and growing. But, when expansion stops, that’s when death begins. So, I want to make sure that I am always evolving.
It gave me an opportunity to find some individuals who are going through similar things in life and are willing to be open about how we talk about it, how we deal with it and even tools and methods we can put in our backpack to carry on and move forward with a higher sense of purpose and how to deal and manage those feelings. It was exactly what I needed and I’m very thankful for the experience.
Hearing everyone’s stories and what they’ve gone through in life, it really makes you want to open up as well. Which is a huge thing. I dug deep. Things that I don’t really think about and push down. The connection that you make with everyone by having deep, meaningful conversations … it’s just phenomenal.
I was really missing connection with other men. I grew up playing sports and have always thrown myself into different immersions. I love the energy of hanging out with other like-minded guys where I can learn something new about myself and grow as a man. To all those guys out there that have second guessed coming into a space like this, I say do like me and say “hell yes” … it’s an amazing opportunity and everyone fits.

What is THE CIRCLE membership all about?
The Circle was created to connect men that are committed to BEING the change. No finger pointing. No blaming. No excuses. Only extreme ownership! (in all pillars of life … physical, relational, financial and spiritual). In order to HAVE everything you desire in life you must first BE(come) the version of yourself that is DO(ing) what it takes to actualize your full potential. Will it require “work” … of course! No one said the journey to self actualization was going to be easy. But, it is quite simple. If you show up every day, take responsibility for your current reality, shift your beliefs and create your new reality … one micro-action at a time. Oh … and we can tell you from personal experience … that journey is WAY more fun and fulfilling when done with other men on a similar journey 🤙
When are the group calls going to be? And, do I need to be on every call?
There are 3 types of group calls that you can participate in. The Circle Calls, The Breath Calls & The Mentor Calls. Most of these calls will take place on Friday mornings. But, we will vary up the call times to ensure that guys in all time zones can actively participate. You are not “required” to attend the group calls … but you will want to make time for as many as possible as your schedule allows! (and of course, all calls will be recorded and archived in The Circle)
Do I need to be in Canada or the US to participate?
Of course not … we have men from all over the world that have joined our community, programs and events. And while it is worth considering time zones when deciding to join a men’s group that is asking you to ACTIVELY participate … don’t let that stop you from taking the leap and doing whatever it takes to create the change you desire in your life. There is never a “good time” to create change in your life … other than RIGHT NOW! 🙂
How much time do I need to commit to this?
Simple answer … you will get OUT of The Circle what you put into it. What does that mean exactly … well it’ll be different for everyone. But, plan to “check in” daily with the boys for a few minutes. Make it a part of your daily routine. Share what’s alive and real for you. Know that you are not alone. Receive the support you are looking for. And be that support for other men in The Circle. This is a true brotherhood. These are men you will WANT to spend time with. If this sounds like “too much” for you … then perhaps you are not ready to join The Circle …
What kind of support can I expect?
Everything that we have included in The Circle has been created to support your growth. Meaning … if you actively participate in the calls, dive into the resources and take action on creating change in your life … your life as you know it will never be the same. But, we need you to show up. We need you to speak the truth out loud. If you are struggling with something … you need to say it out loud. Guaranteed you are not alone. And if / when you are ready for another level of support … we have other programs and events that go even deeper to support your growth!
How is this group different from other “men’s groups”?
Truth be told … there are 100s of “men’s groups” in the world. And we think that is AWESOME! We wish there were THOUSANDS! And, our mission is driven to support every man that is leading by example and creating spaces for other men to level up in all areas of their life. Which is why we say … we are not trying to be “different” … we just know that the men that are meant to be in The Circle … will show up. And we will rise together! What are the main topics covered in The Circle?
Let’s be honest … if we wanted to break down the entire “human experience” into a detailed program there would be thousands of topics we could address. :). But, we’ve found that there are 4 main “Pillars of Wealth” (as we call it) that emcompass all of them. That being “Physical Wealth” (Health, Fitness, Nutrition), “Relational Wealth” (Partner, Family, Social), “Financial Wealth” (Career, Business, Investment) & “Spiritual Wealth” (Connection, Reflection, Expansion). So, expect there to be resources, discussions and experiences to support you in all of these areas.
How do I access all the resources, chats & events?

But, we also know that THIS is where the growth happens. And, one of the most critical aspects to leading with vulnerability and truth is knowing that it is being done in a safe, confidential space. What happens if I want to cancel my membership?
No worries … we are not going to headlock you and prevent you from leaving The Circle if you feel like it’s not right for you. We only want guys in The Circle that REALLY want to be there.
